Public benefits are subject to a maze of requirements and regulations that can be difficult for even the most experienced estate planners to navigate.  This program will give an overview of public benefits law and will offer a variety of strategies that are available to help protect your clients' financial security while they collect much-needed public benefits to cover costs of health care and other essentials.
